。Assistant Operation Manager
Job Description:
l To ensure the daily operation in accordance with SOP;
l To achieve the operation performance objectives to meet or exceed the targets required by customers;
l To supervise and improve the daily logistics and warehouse operation;
l To establish effective working relations with customers, discuss logistics related issues with customers;
l To review operation process, conduct necessary study on operation efficiency, e.g. time study;
l To review the operation system, obtain updated system information, and evaluate the change of system;
l To present warehouse performance to customers at review meetings;
l To manage the operation team, balance workload and keep high morale within the team;
l To investigate service failures, work out action plans, and respond to customers' complain.

Job Requirement:
l Bachelor degree with 5 years experience in Logistics or Warehouse;
l At least 3 years experience in managerial role;
l Be responsibility;
l Ability to solve problem and make planning and organizing;
l Excellent presentation and communication skills;
l In-depth knowledge and experience in the use of WMS software;
l Proficient at MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
l Good oral and written skills in both English and Chinese;
l Pleasant and outgoing personality, aggressive, team-player, tactful and able to perform under pressure.
